Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Ophelia.AI. This policy explains when we issue refunds for paid subscriptions. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record; refunds are also processed through Paddle.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a Pro or Business plan and decide within 7 days of your first payment that Ophelia.AI isn't right for you, email help@opheliastudio.site with your order ID and we'll issue a full refund — no forms, no interrogation.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel from Billing → Manage subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you notice a renewal charge you didn't intend within 7 days, contact us and we'll refund it as long as you haven't materially used that new billing period (e.g. generated a substantial number of new projects).

3. Yearly plans

Yearly plans are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After that window, yearly plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period and can cancel to prevent the next renewal.

4. Enterprise plans

Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms of the individual order form or MSA signed with your organization.

5. What isn't refundable

  • Charges older than 7 days on a plan you actively used (i.e. generated projects).
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Third-party fees (currency conversion, bank charges) applied by your payment provider.

6. How to request a refund

Email help@opheliastudio.site from the address on your account with:

  • Your Paddle order ID or the last 4 digits of the card used.
  • The reason for the refund (optional but helpful).

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
